So I had a doctor appointment today to discuss my medications and why I was experiencing "pins and needles" in my left hand. I am a lefty so this sensation and pain is not good at all. Not to mention I do A LOT of computer work. Well the verdict is in....I have carpal tunnel in BOTH hands. However since I use my left hand more, it is more pronounced in that hand.
All I could do was shake my head. I swear at 34 years old my body is slowly crashing down all around me. By the time I get near 60 years old, I am really going to be hating life. So now I have matching braces that I have to wear 12 hours a day, more if possible. Well that will look good with my cane *eye rolling*. Does it really have to be brown? I would prefer pink or blue! Loving the lace work though!
I joke around, but I am glad it was just carpal tunnel. It could have been a vascular problems, with my heart issues I have going on. So in that I am very thankful and blessed! I rather wear a brace than to lose a few fingers! I have to get use to wearing it. It is so bulky! The short time I have been wearing it my whole hand has felt so much better. So I guess it is a trade off.
