That is my home away from home, otherwise known as Memorial Heart Center. I am on first name basis with majority of the staff, don't know if that is a good thing or not. The running joke is I have a reserved room in the northwest corner, which by the way is the most scenic room over the lake!
Anyways I am off topic. I mention the above, because that is where I have been for the last few days, undergoing a series of tests. It never fails to amaze me how quick things happens. I had posted the review/giveaway, then went to the backyard to let the dogs out, and bam chest pain, short of breath. Matter of seconds my world turned upside down again.
I got to run the treadmill, which is always a blast. I outright always refuse the "dye" stress test. It is brutal and so unnecessary when you can do twenty minutes on a trend mill. I got the wonderful Echo, which is about fun as someone stepping on your chest. Finial result is there has been further damage to my heart. So now I have a lot of things to consider and weigh for my future.
Take it from me please, please think about your heart now. I don't care if you are 25 or 35 years old. Don't be sitting where I am at 34 years old having to make serious, hard decision's that could have been prevented.
