2013-2014 Academic Planner Review

I had the chance to review the 2013-2014 Academic Planner from Order Out Of Chaos.  My oldest daughter is always in need of more organization, as she tends to forget everything until last minute. Drives me up a wall to hear, "Hey mom I forget (insert project here)". So when I received this we sat down and went over how this works and what she needs to do learn how to get more organized.

WHY IT WORKS!
It’s Easy. Assignments, due dates and after-school activities can be seen at a glance.
It’s Functional. Homework and studying are easily scheduled during “available” times.
It Puts the Student in Control. Students can plan time for schoolwork around after-school activities OR without leaving things until the last minute.

A customizable index page at the front of the planner enables students to record their class subjects (7 subject boxes) only once. Eliminates forgetfulness and frustration.

The unique grid system quickly reveals both scheduled and available blocks of time, facilitating weekly time management and planning strategies.

Handy vinyl back pocket holds notes, slips and other necessary papers.

Extra Place For Notes

I have noticed a huge change since my daughter started using this. She loves it and is excited to be able to be responsible for her own schoolwork, without me having to hoover over her constantly. She has found some stickers to decorate according of course. This is a must have for a teenager that needs to be more organized and start being more responsible.
