The people over at Bacon Jam need multiple awards and trophies tossed their way. It is BACON and JAM. It doesn't get any better than that. Hubby and the kids were beside themselves waiting on me to do this review. They couldn't wait to taste test the flavors they sent me!
I received three flavors of Bacon Jam.
All Original
bacon (cured with water, salt, sodium phosphate, sugar, hydrolyzed soy protein, sodium erythorbate, sodium nitrite), brown sugar, onions, cider vinegar, pectin, garlic powder
Black Pepper and Honey
peppered bacon (cured with water, salt, sodium phosphate, sugar, hydrolyzed soy protein, sodium erythorbate, flavorings, sodium nitrite), honey, onions, cider vinegar, pectin, garlic powder
Red Chile & Garlic
bacon (cured with water, salt, sodium phosphate, sugar, hydrolyzed soy protein, sodium erythorbate, sodium nitrite), brown sugar, onions, cider vinegar, pectin, roasted garlic, garlic powder, red pepper powder
Good grief. All I can say is Bacon Jam is awesome! We have been creating all kinds of things to incorporate Bacon Jam in. There are so many different recipes to make your meals taste heavenly just by adding a dash of Bacon Jam!
I think my husband approves! It is a rare moment when he lets me capture him in mid bite. Now my only problem is I need more. They wiped me clean within days. This is the perfect gift for that Bacon Lover in your life! We all have a few. I know I am going to be giving a few of these out as birthday presents this year!
