Fat Man's Beef Jerky -- Yummy Noms!

My hubby is a beef jerky fanatic. He can list off brands and names like nobody's business. If you want to know the best taste and who makes it talk to him. He will have you going for hours. That being said he simply won't eat jerky that is only tasty, but has to have a certain flavor to satisfy his taste buds. I am always on a quest to introduce him to new companies and their products as he is the expert. I was very thrilled when Fat Man's Beef Jerky sent me over a Taste-Em-All sample pack.

Goodness they sure did stock him up on some yummy noms. The best thing about Fat Man's Beef Jerky is that all their jerky is 100% American Beef. I love when companies are 100% American! They also now feature an American flag on the package, for they only use All-American Beef!   Fatman’s Beef Jerky comes in thirteen delicious flavors.  Not only is it free of added preservatives, but it is lean, packs plenty of protein and is low in calories. A two-ounce package of peppered jerky may have 130 calories, ¾ gram of fat and almost no cholesterol. No premade or bottled sauces are added to create the unique flavors… only fresh ingredients.

Fatman’s Beef Jerky features packaging and labeling that is modest and simple—it provides an image of a homemade, natural beef jerky product created and produced solely by the Robey Family.   Their beef jerky is packaged in a transparent plastic zip-lock bag and the labels are color coded by flavors. The label has a bar code, lists ingredients, weight, flavor and features Fatman’s name and logo.

I love that not only is the jerky tasty, but is actually good for you. It is hard to find jerky with such low Cholesterol. I am always on my hubby about watching his cholesterol because his family has a history of  high blood pressure. Now I don't have to hover so much.

Hubby gives Fat Man's Beef Jerky 2 thumbs up. That is the highest award available coming from this beef jerky lover. I think this is the 3rd company to ever receive such high honors. He really loves the Lemon Pepper and Cowboy Style.
