I love how simple Quest Pulse Oximeters is to use. Slip your finger in, it automatically turns on, gives you a reading, then turns off after you take your finger out. The light display makes reading easy. I have been using mine multiple times a day, and the accuracy is amazing. This is defiantly a must have device whether it is for medical use or exercise. After my daily walks I use it to measure my resting heart rate next to my active heart rate.
