Yeah I am stunned also. I wish I could say this is fake, but sadly I cannot. I am still trying to grasp what dumb ass would put their pet through this torture just to be unique. Not all is lost cause it seems the poor kitty was under general anesthesia for 3 whole hours while the work was getting done. Okay never mind that 3 hours under anesthesia is flipping dangerous, but the pain that poor cat suffered upon waking.

Yes people this is happening over in Russia, but I would not be all amazed if our country hasn't picked this up yet. You know us....do anything to be unique and everything I have is better than yours. Sigh, I hope the cat clawed its owner face off in their sleep.
